We supply Heng Long 1:16 German Panther Radio Control RC Model Series

This is a 1/16 scale fully painted and assembled ready to run replica of the German Panther RC Battle Tank. Almost 2 feet in length radio controlled of all movements including turret rotation and gun elevation. It features full suspension like the real tank. Fully functional with multi-directional driving, 320 degree turret swivel and the barrel raises and lowers. Has an awesome firing range of over 25m, and a capacity of 40 pellets of plastic 6mm BB's, it even has a powerful red warning light next to the barrel that illuminates just before it fires plus working front and rear lamps.

The German Panther was a compromise of various requirements. While sharing essentially the same engine as the Tiger I tank, it had better frontal armour, better gun penetration, was lighter overall and thus faster, and could handle rough terrain better than the Tigers. The tradeoff was weaker side armour; the Panther proved to be deadly in open country and shooting from long range, but vulnerable to close-quarters combat.
